Contact form

The form collects your name, optional organisation, email address, reason for contacting me and message. This information is used solely to receive, assess and respond to your enquiry.

Depending on the nature of the enquiry, processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract or on Pierre Meunier’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to him.

The message is not retained in the website’s database. It is forwarded to Pierre Meunier’s professional mailbox by a technical email delivery provider. It may then be retained in the mailbox for as long as needed to follow up the exchange and for no more than three years after the last contact, unless a legal obligation or contractual relationship requires a different period.

Security and abuse prevention

To protect the form against automated and abusive submissions, the website processes a pseudonymised fingerprint of the IP address, a time window and a technical submission identifier. This technical information does not contain the message and is automatically useful for form security for twenty-four hours. Its deletion is triggered automatically during subsequent form processing.

The recipients are Pierre Meunier and the technical providers strictly required to host the website and deliver the message. Data is neither sold nor used for automated marketing.

Browsing and cookies

No audience measurement tool, advertising cookie or marketing tracker is currently installed.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, or object where the relevant right applies. To exercise your rights, emailcontact@pierremeunier.com. Proof of identity may be requested where there is reasonable doubt.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
